The Great Gatsby
I was so inspired after seeing photos from the set of The Great Gatsby, currently filming in Australia.
The film is the adaptation of F. Scott Fitzgerald’s legendary novel chronicling the story of Nick Carraway (Tobey McGuire), a Midwesterner dazzled by the luxurious life of his wealthy Long Island next-door neighbor Jay Gatsby (LeonardoDicaprio) and iconic heroine Daisy Buchanan (Carey Mulligan). The tale is a whirlwind of love, betrayal and madness!
I can’t wait to see the finished film. Daisy is so elegant and fun and her 1920’s style reminds me of old Hollywood glamour. So naturally I went on the hunt for dresses reminiscent of that lavish Gatsby era.
